Unbiased and uncompromising, Libra can be counted on to arbitrate over everything from a squabble between friends to cases in the courts. Co-operative and co-dependant as they are, Libras are most at home when among close friends. Despite their apparent predilections toward justice, Libra are often accused of favoritism, indecisiveness or rationalization; Justice may be blind, but not necessarily so for the Libra!
